Working with Legends Boxing was an incredibly formative experience for me not just as a designer, but as a multi-skilled professional. Everyone on our Franchise Development team are all-stars in their respective fields, and I’ve been able to take on more projects and responsibilities than I had ever thought possible. Everything from Print and Web Design all the way to Event Photography and even boxing glove Product Development. All in all, I have been responsible for every single art file that Legends Boxing has put out, and have been given credit for the sale of many franchise territories for the Brand Identity alone.
EVENT ART DIRECTION & PHOTOGRAPHY
Working behind the scenes of some of Utah’s largest boxing events, I was able to handle all the Art Direction, Environmental Design, Ad and Marketing Promotion. Legends Boxing “Fight Nights” were an incredible opportunity to demonstrate my ability to be proactive and creative with official Legends Jersey designs, work on tight deadlines for fighter photography and promotion, work under pressure with large-scale video display and printing, event ticketing and marketing, and fast paced, non-stop fight photography.

Taking on the responsibility of not just Print Design but also Front and Back-end Web Development, I have been the lead role when it comes to anything Legends Boxing puts out to it’s demographic, weather that be in search of new gym members or perspective franchisees.

PRODUCT & EQUIPMENT DESIGN
Product Design was something I had dabbled in before, creating custom jerseys and t-shirts for a few of my Giant Ideas clients, but the Product Design required by Legends Boxing dwarfed all of that for me. I have gained insider knowledge on textiles, production, and shipping, and over the years have learned to communicate with manufacturers overseas, creating product tech-packs and manufacturing specifications, and designing proprietary and custom-sew clothing and equipment ranging from one-of-a-kind technical hoodies to boxing gloves and heavy bags, even a few pairs of boxer-briefs.

A creature of my own creation, the Legends Boxing Brand Standards Guide will be an identity and style reference for any Designer or Marketing professional that Legends Boxing will work with. Ensuring Brand Identity stays strong and intact, the guide reference any and all design materials, including color, logo layout, typography guidelines and ad samples.
